Ghost Train - Episode #3

I know, I know... Its been ages since I last made a mix, in what was supposed to be a fortnightly installment of mixes on the blog has sort of turned into, well, 6 weeks now maybe?

But in my defense, the releases over the last month were horrendous, thats all I will say. Only in the last week has there been some solid releases worthy of there place in a mix. This one is packed to the gills with heavy tracks, including some of the freshest releases over the last month, but most of which are the last week or so. I decided to just go straight Electro this episode, no Dubstep, Moombahton, or Tech House.

Ghost Train - Episode #2.5 (Guest Mix)

This is the surprise I have been dying to unveil for Ghost Train Music. Along with myself mixing on a 2 week basis, I have arranged for a number of DJ's I know to get involved and make a guest mix for the podcast.

The first guest mix is from a good friend of mine, Clubber Lang, a Dublin based DJ who plays weekly on Pre-Drinks Radio, with an indie-disco, funky house, style of set. Check his Facebook for more info. This is one of the best mixes I have heard from any DJ in while I must admit, It feels fresh. Disco, Funky, Techy, this set has a fantastic mix of all, the track that sticks out most for me is the DJ Mehdi remix, pure classic. Hope you guys enjoy!

Ghost Train - Episode #2

Over the course of 2 weeks, since my last mix anyway, I'm finding it extremely difficult to find top quality music, worthy of an episode, but I manage, there are a few new releases in the coming weeks to keep me the episodes fresh.

This week, see's a lot more Electro than the first episode, mainly as I said, due to lack of quality releases. In the next episode I'm going to try incorporate more Progressive into the set. Its a mishmash of House, Moombahton, Electro, Dubstep, which is unlike me to drop a Dubstep track into a set, but I felt this 1 was worthy.

Ghost Train Music is a series of fortnightly mixes/podcast's with the latest and greatest Dance music, including House, Tech House, Electro and Progressive. I aim to release a new mix every second saturday night.
